Sea will result in the risk costs, mainly costs of rescue and salvage costs. The so-called salvage charges is underwriting the insured cargo area of responsibility in face of disaster accident, the insured person or his agent or assignee of an insurance policy,in order to avoid or minimize damage to take various measures will be the reasonable costs incurred . The so-called salvage charges whereby the insurer or third party other than the insurer adopted  effective relief measures,then the remuneration paid by the rescued party.
 
Insurers are liable for these costs, but the sum does not exceed the insured amount.
